  • Kitchen and bathrooms are considered specialty rooms due to the increased complexity, coordination, and customization. Depending on the scope, this may require an added cost.

  • The timeline depends on the package and the complexity of the project. Generally, the process can take approximately 3 - 6 weeks from initial consultation to final design delivery. Timelines may also increase the more rooms that are added.

  • We’ll request photos/videos, measurements, and a comprehensive design questionnaire from you. This helps us understand your space and functional needs.

    Each room is considered its own project even if it’s open concept. We coordinate designs by referencing your photos, existing furniture, and your preferences.

  • Yes! To ensure the design is both functional and tailored to your space, it’s essential that I receive accurate measurements and up to date photos. Builder plans or other types of plans are helpful for getting started, for details like ceiling heights, outlet placements, and window dimensions that affect layout, furnishings, and custom elements like treatments or renderings.

    Whenever possible, I recommend arranging access to the property or having someone on-site gather these measurements using the guide I provide. This step allows us to move forward with precision and confidence, so your design is ready when you are.

  • Absolutely! Whether it’s a favorite piece, a family heirloom, or something you recently purchased, I’ll thoughtfully blend it into your new design to create a cohesive and personalized space. If you need assistance with deciding what stays, we’re happy to discuss this as well.

  • Our E-Design services are strictly decor-based. Although we can recommend an idea, any necessary permits, licensing, or installation must be managed by a qualified professional. You will be responsible for hiring and coordinating with the contractors to ensure that the work is completed according to legal codes and safety standards.

  • We specialize in all residential spaces, however, small boutiques, retail spaces, and specialty shops such as artisan shops, floral shops, coffee shops, etc. are welcome to inquire to see if we can meet your needs.

  • We recommend starting with our Design Express package, which provides valuable design insights and guidance within a budget-friendly framework. If a more comprehensive project is necessary, and depending on your needs, we can work within your budget to find creative and cost-effective solutions that still deliver a great design.

  • We strive for client satisfaction. Throughout the entire design process, we include feedback sessions to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments.

    Once the final delivery is made, one or two substantial revisions can be made depending on your package. If you are still not satisfied after consistent collaboration, feedback, and confirmations, you are encouraged to purchase a revision for additional work.

  • Our E-design service focuses on providing you with a complete design plan, including a shopping list with links to purchase items directly. For purchasing, shipping, or hands-on installation, consider our studio design service. Otherwise, all packages come with guides for installing, styling, and furnishing.

  • Each shopping link directs you to a retailer with its own return policy. We recommend reviewing the retailer’s return policies before purchasing. For E-Design services, we do not handle returns, damages, delays, refunds, exchanges, shipping issues, or anything related to the manufacturers/vendors as they are the sellers and you are the buyer.

  • Absolutely, we’re happy to collaborate with any contractors or suppliers you trust to ensure the best outcome for your project.

    While we may communicate with third parties as necessary to ensure project success, you ultimately responsible for managing these relationships, schedules, payments, and communications.
